We want you to be completely satisfied with your panda8pm purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund policy.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached, within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization (RA) number.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
